Every session at Stillwater is intentionally designed to support:

interdisciplinary approach

Christin’s work draws from multiple disciplines including: 


Psychology: Supports emotional awareness, mental clarity, and healthier patterns of thought and behavior.
 

Yoga Therapy: Uses mindful movement and breath to improve physical health, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect body and mind.
 

Energy Work (Reiki): Promotes relaxation and energetic balance, helping support the body’s natural healing processes.
 

Meditation & Breathwork: Calms the mind, regulates the nervous system, and cultivates present-moment awareness.
 

Pilates: Builds core strength, alignment, and stability to support healthy, functional movement.

GUIDED, NOT RUSHED

Healing unfolds in its own time. Our philosophy values presence, patience, and safety over quick fixes. Clients are met exactly where they are, supported with compassion, and guided toward greater balance at a pace that feels grounded and sustainable.

Christin’s work draws from multiple disciplines—including yoga therapy, psychology, somatic practices, energy healing, meditation, and breath-work—to create a seamless, personalized experience. This interdisciplinary approach allows care to be tailored to the individual rather than forced into a rigid framework.


Sessions may be gentle or more dynamic, restorative or strengthening, deeply reflective or movement-focused—always guided by the client’s needs, goals, and current capacity.
